Raw Purple Sea Moss (Gracilaria)

Our rare, raw, wild crafted purple sea moss is sourced from a family of deep sea divers off the coast of Jamaica. It’s classified as a super food because of it’s mineral rich, life enhancing nutrients. It contains 92 minerals out of the 102 needed for the body to function at optimum well-being. Sea moss is a naturally potent source of calcium, magnesium, Iron, B vitamins, amino acids and a whole host of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Directions for use:

Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and boil until a “gel” like consistency appears. Blend, allow to cool and take a minimum of 1 desert spoon per day. Add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired. Store: In a glass container and keep refrigerated. The purple sea moss gel will last for 2-3 weeks in the fridge. Store: Raw purple sea moss should be stored in cool dark place away from direct sunlight.

Alternatively, Soak for up to 24 hours in clean water. Drain, replace with fresh water and blend until a ” gel ” like consistency appears, store in a glass container in the fridge, lasting up 2-3 weeks.
