A Gratitude Attitude

Lets start with a new blank canvas. New Year’s Resolutions, may be working, out the window or slowly getting there. It may be hard to stick to a plan, but trust us patience is key. It is important to focus on what we do have, count your blessings with a Gratitude Attitude.

 

Here are some ideas to get you counting:

 

A Gratitude Journal

Have a daily gratitude practice. Write those notes down in a journal. Believe us when we say, once you do this you feel so much happier and a weight will be lifted off your shoulders.

Pay it Forward

When people complement you. Complement them back . It may be an over used saying but practice kindness with a smile, it goes far, very far.

Thank you notes

Set aside some time for writing those little reminders that make you appreciate what you have.

Meditate

Reflect and switch off, being present. Empty your mind.

A Love letter to one self

Writing things down allows you do off-load. Celebrate that, you have made it this far. Use a paper and pen, express how you feel.
